Spring break gave us a chance to visit Rebecca’s parents and give some rehab and nutrition strategies to her Dad for his recent spinal compression fracture.

So you know me, I headed up river to share with you what I shared with him.

And a simple green thera-band is all you need.

  4. Thank you so much for this great video! Broke my back in May 2020 and it’s better but not better enough for me. I’ve been wanting to do “something” that will strengthen the muscles in my back and arms. And these two exercises look like they are exactly what I need to be doing! Beautiful setting you’re in there! I’m anxious to get back out in the world and enjoy it! I’m thinking these exercises will also help with the pain I’m still having. Thanks again, now I just gotta go find me a green band!
